          Return Policy

          We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

          You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

          Please request a return label by Contact us.
          Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
          Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Beloved Gift Shop Support Team with the shipment tracking number.


          Damage Policy

          • All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
          • If you receive a damaged item, Beloved Gift Shop will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.
          • Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
          • If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
          • In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify Beloved Gift Shop Support at Contact us page.
          • Please notify Beloved Gift Shop Support of any damages on the product or packaging within 7 days of receipt, it would be best to take cellphone camera pictures of damaged area(s) and send them to our support team.


          International Orders
          We ship USA & CANADA. All shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order. You (The Buyer) is responsible for all import duties,taxes VAT fees for your country.

          The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes BelovedGiftShop to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that BelovedGiftShop may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price and international shipping charge of the goods.

          Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your cart and estimate rates will be displayed on the checkout page.

          PLEASE NOTE! If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs for the shipment to you and ALL costs for having your order returned to us, PLUS a restocking fee of 25% of your order.
